Job Description

Allied Inspector is seeking a Growth Coordinator / Business Development Representative for an onsite, part-time role based in Asheville, NC. This position centers on cultivating strong partner relationships, supporting marketing efforts, and driving growth across Western North Carolina through effective CRM management and community outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth for Allied Home Inspection and its affiliated services.
  • Build and sustain relationships with real estate agents, brokerages, property managers, lenders, contractors, and community partners.
  • Conduct office visits, networking meetings, presentations, lunch-and-learns, and event outreach.
  • Identify sponsorship, partnership, and community engagement opportunities aligned with growth goals.
  • Attend networking events, association meetings, and industry functions as assigned.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with top‑producing real estate professionals and referral sources.
  • Develop an understanding of Allied Home Inspection’s services, processes, and customer experience through ride-alongs, training, and shadowing inspections.
  • Learn and convey the value of Radon testing and mitigation.
  • Learn and convey the value of Septic inspections and pumping.
  • Learn and convey the value of Water testing.
  • Learn and convey the value of Mold and air quality testing.
  • Learn and convey the value of Sewer scopes.
  • Learn and convey the value of Well inspections.
  • Learn and convey the value of Commercial assessments.
  • Actively listen to referral partner concerns and identify solutions that streamline the inspection process for clients and agents.
  • Serve as an experience ambassador for the company at all times.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining marketing materials including flyers, presentations, digital graphics, social media content, event materials, and newsletters.
  • Assist with creating and maintaining sales scripts and communication templates.
  • Help coordinate Realtor educational events, workshops, and trainings.
  • Co‑develop periodic newsletters and marketing campaigns for referral partners.
  • Assist with social media engagement and content creation.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including agent tags, contact notes, and follow-up schedules.
  • Track lead and lag measures related to growth activities and manage calendars for office visits, networking events, presentations, 1:1 meetings, community events, and referral follow-ups.
  • Assist with database organization and CRM implementation, expense tracking, and reporting.
  • Assist with booking inspections and responding to client inquiries as needed.
  • Support operations and marketing teams with ongoing growth initiatives.
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and strategy discussions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, and customer experience.
  • Demonstrate self‑leadership, accountability, and professionalism while maintaining excellent internal and external communication.
  • Represent Allied Home Inspection positively and professionally at all times.
  • Approach the role with a leadership mindset and long‑term growth mentality, contributing ideas to improve systems, culture, and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Sales or business development experience preferred.
  • Social media and marketing experience preferred.
  • Real estate industry experience beneficial.
  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Personal cell phone required.
  • Ability to travel locally throughout Western North Carolina for meetings and events.

Compensation Package

  • Base salary plus commission: $20,000 – $40,000 per year base (part‑time to full‑time) with monthly commission payout

Training & Growth Incentives

  • First 90 days may include additional training incentives based on KPI performance and activity benchmarks.

Business Development Allowance

  • Monthly allowance for coffee meetings, lunch meetings, networking events, and referral partner appreciation.

Commission & Bonus Structure

  • Bonuses tied to new referring agents, revenue growth, CRM activity, referral partner retention, and event performance.
  • Additional commission opportunities available for growth‑generated revenue and assigned accounts.
