4141 Design Group is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead day-to-day showroom operations and drive performance in Miami’s luxury furniture environment. This onsite role centers on delivering an elevated client experience, maintaining a premium brand presentation, and guiding a high-performing team across sales, project coordination, and client service.
In this position, you will oversee showroom operations end to end while building relationships across the design and development ecosystem. The role combines client-facing leadership with financial oversight, vendor coordination, and careful attention to accuracy from quotations through installation.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the showroom team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, builders, and high-net-worth clients.
- Ensure each client receives a personalized luxury shopping experience.
- Prepare, review, and approve quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Support the sales team on complex projects and negotiations.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and follow up on pending opportunities.
- Oversee daily showroom operations and maintain a luxury-standard showroom appearance.
- Coordinate merchandising, product displays, and seasonal updates, including display accuracy and correct pricing and product information.
- Manage inventory of samples, catalogs, and marketing materials.
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate showroom staff, including conducting regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Set individual sales goals, monitor performance, and foster a professional, collaborative, customer-focused environment.
- Schedule staff to ensure appropriate showroom coverage.
- Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, logistics teams, and installers, including monitoring project timelines from quotation through installation.
- Resolve client concerns and installation issues promptly, and ensure accurate order processing and documentation.
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports, monitor budgets and showroom expenses, and review margins and profitability on projects.
- Ensure deposits, payments, and billing are processed accurately and assist with monthly financial reporting.
- Maintain relationships with luxury furniture manufacturers and coordinate product training with vendors.
- Stay current on new collections, pricing updates, and lead times, and attend industry events and product launches when required.
- Ensure exceptional after-sales service, handle customer complaints professionally, and support customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury furniture, interior design, or high-end retail management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience managing multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of luxury furniture brands and interior design concepts.
- Experience with CRM and showroom management software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Location, Schedule, and Compensation
- Location: Miami, FL (onsite)
- Employment type: Full-time
- Compensation: USD 75,000 - 85,000 per year
- Work setting: Primarily showroom-based with occasional site visits and client meetings
- Schedule notes: Some evening or weekend hours may be required for client events or design presentations
