M1, Digital Sales Manager, based in Richmond, VA (remote), with a salary range of USD 109,000 to 147,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Model Intuit's core values and promote an inclusive culture that supports collaboration and innovation.
  • Actively identify opportunities for improvement and coach team members toward higher efficiencies.
  • Implement the sales strategy by clearly communicating targets, monitoring progress, and pursuing ongoing performance improvements.
  • Aid in delivering a multi-year sales plan in collaboration with leadership, helping define short- and long-range objectives.
  • Rapidly pilot new ideas through established innovation practices, blending data and insight to learn and iterate quickly.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to reinforce priorities such as sales performance, forecast accuracy, problem solving, and driving innovation.
  • Oversee the sales funnel and sustain a healthy sales cycle to meet quarterly targets.
  • Partner with stakeholders to influence the consultant engagement process.
  • Leverage resources efficiently to manage assigned territories and close deals at scale.
  • Track success using metrics such as quota attainment, win rate, and pipeline velocity.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years in a leadership role with quota responsibility in merchant services.
  • Experience selling to or with accounting, ERP, or other financial management software is preferred.
  • Proven track record selling merchant services across diverse industries with a strategic approach to customer challenges.
  • Familiarity with merchant services standards related to pricing, cost analysis, and risk management.
  • Strong understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes involved in money movement.
  • Solid analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities with deep knowledge of sales levers, metrics, performance standards, and sales methodology.
  • History of building high-performing teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence within a sales team setting.
  • Positive attitude, results-driven mindset, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred.
