This onsite role is based in Montgomeryville, PA, offering hands-on electrical work alongside strategic leadership and business development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new electrical service opportunities across residential, commercial, and custom integration projects
• Foster and sustain relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and clients
• Create and oversee a robust project pipeline to support sustained growth
• Work with leadership to shape strategies for expanding the electrical division
• Execute and supervise electrical installations, upgrades, and service work
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety standards
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems efficiently and accurately
• Obtain required permits and coordinate inspections as needed
• Lead and mentor electricians and apprentices as the team expands
• Estimate jobs, prepare proposals, and manage timelines and costs
• Coordinate with internal teams including sales, operations, and installation
• Deliver high quality workmanship and maintain customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Current Master Electrician license is required
• Proven experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work
• Demonstrated ability or strong interest in business development and client acquisition
• Solid knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards
• Experience estimating projects and managing job costs
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
