Metro Area Sales Manager
Job Description
The Metro Area Sales Manager for Stellantis oversees dealer relations and retail development for the Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and FIAT network within the Charlotte Metro territory. This onsite role in Miami, Florida, serves as the primary liaison between dealers and Stellantis, guiding forecasting, order management, scheduling, MSR review and dealer performance improvements while ensuring branding consistency and productive operations.
Responsibilities
- Act as the bridge between Stellantis and its dealers, supporting all facets of retail development.
- Project and monitor retail sales targets by vehicle line.
- Ensure dealer orders align with market demand.
- Oversee monthly vehicle scheduling to maximize production capacity across the area.
- Assess MSR and advise on opportunities to improve performance.
- Analyze dealer financial statements to inform recommendations.
- Counsel dealers on opportunities to optimize their retail operations.
- Verify that advertising and marketing efforts reflect corporate messaging and branding guidelines.
- Align strategies with the dealership's growth opportunities.
- Maintain appropriate levels of customer satisfaction at each dealer location.
- Inspire and coach independent entrepreneurs to achieve higher performance while meeting internal goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of sales or marketing experience.
- Residence near Miami, FL or willingness to relocate for the position.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite applications.
- Experience in a new-car automotive dealership environment.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
- Able to build positive working relationships effectively.
