Regional Sales Director

Clinical Magnet offers a hybrid Regional Sales Director role based in Los Angeles, CA (also supporting the Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Sacramento markets). You will play a key part in driving senior healthcare enrollment growth while leading and mentoring a regional sales team.

This position includes a base salary of $146,000–$189,800 plus a competitive commission structure. You will also receive a robust benefits package designed to support your health, financial security, and long-term development.

What you’ll do

• Lead and develop a regional sales team across multiple markets, ensuring consistent execution and performance
• Create and run strategic sales plans focused on exceeding enrollment goals
• Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare partners and healthcare organizations
• Analyze performance and forecast by reviewing sales results, identifying market opportunities, and supporting planning
• Partner with executive leadership and collaborate across cross-functional teams to sustain regional growth

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 11+ years of sales experience
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing sales teams
• Strong CRM experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and Playmaker
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
