Regional Sales Director - Southeast
Job Description
The Regional Sales Director for the Southeast leads Callaway's US regional sales team across Florida, Georgia, and Alabama, driving distribution, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction across channels in alignment with company strategy. This onsite role is based in Miami, FL, with a yearly salary range of USD 166,200 to 249,600. A minimum of 10 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience are required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the assigned regional sales team in the United States.
- Motivate and guide the team to achieve higher performance, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction across all channels.
- Develop sales strategies and execution plans to meet regional sales and profitability targets.
- Interface with customers to develop sales plans, cultivate advocate relationships, and ensure sound service levels across channels.
- Communicate and align team efforts with company strategies and both long- and short-term goals.
- Assess and optimize the sales structure to maximize results.
- Hire, train, coach, and develop Sales Representatives.
- Use dashboards and performance evaluation tools to manage performance and ensure key responsibilities are met.
- Drive the regional team's efforts to maximize distribution across all channels, categories, and product models.
- Lead the execution and delivery of sales objectives aligned with company values to support volume, profit, and market share objectives.
- Develop customer marketing and sales strategies to achieve short-term and long-term goals.
- Plan to achieve annual revenue goals within the region's budget to contribute to profit.
- Understand the marketplace to inform strategic business decisions related to customer and consumer initiatives.
- Use reporting and analytics from various sources to maximize business in partnership with Head Golf Professionals and Callaway Staff Directors of Golf.
- Regularly solicit market share insights and review daily sales analysis reports.
- Balance short-term tasks with long-term strategic initiatives.
