Job Description

This Regional Sales Manager role oversees the sales process within the assigned territory for Suncor Stainless and Atlantis Rail, with a focus on identifying, prospecting, qualifying and closing new business opportunities. The position is based onsite in Las Vegas, Nevada, and requires close collaboration with inside sales, engineering, purchasing and shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Travel in assigned territory 3+ weeks per month.
  • Consistently exceed quarterly sales revenue targets.
  • Identify and prospect new dealers and opportunities using leads and available tools in the most efficient manner.
  • Respond promptly and purposefully to presales leads and inquiries to close sales.
  • Manage large accounts with multiple branches and multiple decision makers to maximize sales.
  • Acquire and maintain proficiency in technical aspects of the product line.
  • Explain and demonstrate products on demand.
  • Engage end users and partners to address product information needs and ensure understanding.
  • Provide ongoing training to partners and customers as a core requirement.
  • Deliver dealer training through phone and on-site sessions whenever possible.
  • Collaborate with the estimating team to produce accurate quotes.
  • Ensure active projects are processed to completion with 100% accuracy at all stages.
  • Project manage large commercial projects from quote through installation.
  • Regularly track opportunities and maintain the CRM pipeline.
  • Support marketing efforts as needed, including participation in customer events and trade shows.
  • Process orders accurately and promptly.
  • Provide customer service support as required.
  • Contact all provided leads.
  • Follow up according to guidelines; ensure 100% follow-up.
  • Perform other sales related activities as required.
  • Execute all duties in accordance with Suncor Stainless Employee Manual and Atlantis Rail Order Processing Procedures and supervisor directives.

Requirements

  • BA/BS required or equivalent to 10 years of directly related experience.
  • Minimum five years of experience selling construction products directly or through channels; railing experience preferred.
  • At least ten years of progressive sales experience.

$60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
