Job Description
Bridgeway Partners, Inc. is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial growth across 18 locations from the field. - Performance leadership for outside sales professionals and design consultants across the store network, including leadership, coaching, and development
- Goal setting and an operating cadence, with a focus on inspecting execution in the field rather than managing from a desk
- Building and maintaining direct relationships with builders, contractors, and key accounts
- Partnering with vendors on pricing, programs, and product positioning
- Creating and reinforcing sales process, strengthening forecasting discipline, and developing a leadership bench across locations
Qualifications

- 3+ years in building materials, lumber, or residential construction
- Practical fluency with contractors and products, including how this customer base buys
- Experience leading people across more than one location or territory
- Working command of pricing, margin, and vendor negotiation
- A communicator who matches a people-first culture, remains self-motivated, and can perform effectively in the field
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary plus bonus
- Full benefits
- Compensation range and incentive structure are reviewed during the first conversation
How This Role Fits Field Leaders
- This is a field role
- Daily driving to store locations, customer sites, and job sites is expected, Monday through Friday
