Regional Sales Manager – Life Sciences & Pharmaceutical Validation
Job Description
Lives International Corp. is expanding its presence in the life sciences and pharmaceutical validation market along the East Coast. The Regional Sales Manager will operate from the Raleigh-Durham, NC area in a hybrid role, developing US business, nurturing existing accounts, and pursuing new opportunities with a technically oriented, consultative selling approach.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve agreed revenue targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and life-sciences markets
- Manage and expand relationships with existing customers and strategic accounts
- Present Lives International’s equipment, software, calibration services, and technical solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations, both remotely and at customer sites
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and account development plans
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial prospecting through negotiation and closing
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer activity records in the company CRM
- Coordinate with technical, application, calibration, and customer-support teams
- Represent Lives International at conferences, exhibitions, customer meetings, and industry events
- Monitor market developments, customer requirements, and competitive activity
- Provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports to management
Requirements
- At least five years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably within pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotechnology, medical devices, laboratory equipment, validation, calibration, instrumentation, or related technical markets
- Demonstrated ability to develop new accounts and manage complex sales cycles
- Experience selling technical equipment, software, or services to regulated industries
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Ability to understand customer applications and translate technical requirements into commercial solutions
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote, territory-based role
- Organized and disciplined in managing opportunities, follow-ups, quotations, and forecasts
- Willing and able to travel regularly within the United States
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science, or a related field is preferred
