Regional Street Sales Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Recruit, nurture, engage, and retain a diverse, high‑performing sales team
- Lead regional new‑business sales growth and deliver short‑ and long‑term financial results for the Institutional division
- Set clear team and individual targets and ensure accountability for outcomes
- Own regional sales pipeline management using Salesforce
- Collaborate with Field Sales to retain and grow Street Agreement Business and apply competitive market strategies
- Oversee customer contracts and uphold pricing integrity within the assigned geography
- Manage emerging chain strategies across the region
- Execute National Street Initiatives and ensure consistent local implementation
- Work with cross‑functional partners to implement regional strategies and initiatives
- Promote a Safety First culture with clear accountability
- Mentor and develop future sales leaders and top talent
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of sales experience in foodservice, hospitality, or related industries
- Previous experience managing a sales team
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

Compensation
Base salary range: USD 119,400 to 179,000 per year. Eligible for annual bonus and long‑term incentives based on performance. Compensation may vary by experience, education, training, and geography in accordance with plan terms.
