Job Description
Fearing’s Audio Video Security is expanding its sales footprint with a hands-on role designed to grow the company’s commercial AV and security client base. This onsite position in Madison, WI places you in the front lines of prospecting, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team as they build a robust pipeline.
Job Details
- Location: Madison, WI (onsite)
- Salary: USD 45,000 - 45,000 per yearly
- Education: High school diploma
Responsibilities
- Prospect new business opportunities through calls, email, and digital outreach
- Research potential customers and target markets
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Schedule meetings for the Sales team
- Maintain prospect and activity records in the company CRM
- Help build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Follow up with leads and nurture early-stage opportunities
- Support the Sales team with outreach and coordination
- Track activity and performance metrics
- Potentially assist with digital marketing efforts, depending on experience
