Sales Development Representative
Job Description
This on-site Sales Development Representative role in Provo, UT targets modernization, services, and equipment opportunities for law enforcement and commercial shooting ranges, driving outbound outreach and logging findings in the CRM.
Responsibilities
- Assess outreach targets by reviewing internal records, historical projects, and service data to prioritize aging facilities and competitor-installed sites.
- Make high-volume outbound calls (40–60 per day) to range operators, training staff, and facility managers to gather essential information.
- Lead structured discovery conversations to determine facility age, current equipment, operational challenges, and upgrade plans.
- Accurately document all findings in the CRM, including contacts, facility specifics, and identified needs.
- Qualify prospects and route opportunities to Sales, Service, or Store Product teams based on identified needs.
- Maintain a centralized opportunity tracker to improve pipeline visibility and enable timely follow-up.
Requirements
- Any relevant internship, sales experience, or customer-facing role.
- Comfortable performing a high-volume outreach calling routine.
- Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
- Basic experience with spreadsheets or CRM systems.
- Clear, professional communication abilities.
