Sales Development Representative
Job Description
The Sales Development Representative role at FMO Media is an onsite position in Wilmington, North Carolina. The SDR will oversee the sales pipeline, pursue targets, deliver product demonstrations and closing calls, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive deals to fruition.
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the sales pipeline through proactive outreach and qualification.
- Set, monitor, and pursue clear sales targets and activity benchmarks.
- Identify and implement enhancements to the sales process to boost effectiveness.
- Coordinate with colleagues to meet department and project deadlines.
- Provide regular reporting on key sales metrics and performance indicators.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts for leadership review.
- Use customer feedback to inform potential feature or product opportunities.
- Research strategies to increase pipeline volume and improve conversion rates.
- Ensure compliance with sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development to preserve brand consistency and drive sales.
- Maintain a minimum daily call quota of 150 calls per workday.
Requirements
- Proven ability to build and convert a robust pipeline and achieve closing ratios.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software.
- Thorough understanding of the sales administration process.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team.

About Us
FMO Media seeks an experienced Sales Development Representative to monitor sales metrics and manage the full sales process. Compensation
Base pay: 40,000 USD to 65,000 USD per year, plus commission.
Total compensation range: 75,000 USD to 150,000 USD per year.
