Job Description

Secure Credit Lines invites a results-driven Sales Development Representative to join its New York team. This high-velocity role centers on funding small businesses, backed by uncapped commissions and coaching from top closers. Working from a fast paced Wall Street office, you’ll handle both inbound and outbound leads and move opportunities from first contact to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with real small business owners on a daily basis
  • Assess funding opportunities by urgency, cash flow, and credit criteria
  • Design financing solutions and shepherd deals from start to finish
  • Maintain a transparent CRM and pipeline, where your numbers reflect your reputation
  • Learn to close and, over time, mentor teammates

What success looks like here

  • Receive live inbound leads alongside outbound prospecting systems
  • Be trained directly by top-earning closers
  • Receive daily coaching on sales psychology, underwriting, and deal structuring
  • Be held to clear KPIs and performance metrics
