This on-site Sales Development Representative role in Miami supports Partnership Development, focusing on outbound outreach to top U.S. hotels to book discovery meetings and assist the Director of Partnership Development. This full-time position is based at our Brickell Key headquarters in Miami. Compensation is USD 45,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate strategic outreach to VIP hotel contacts across luxury, lifestyle, and boutique brands using email, phone, LinkedIn, and creative prospecting
  • Book 5 qualified discovery calls per week for the Director of Partnership Development
  • Research target hotels, identify stakeholders such as GMs, Directors of Operations, F&B leaders, and Entertainment Managers, and craft personalized outreach
  • Manage warm and cold outreach sequences to generate interest in MHW's entertainment programming solutions
  • Track all activity, contacts, and meetings in the CRM
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Partnership Development on messaging, targeting strategy, and meeting qualification
  • Maintain a proactive, positive, and professional approach when engaging high-level hospitality executives
  • Serve as the first impression for one of the fastest-growing entertainment brands in hospitality
