Job Description
Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to aggressively scale the service division, pursuing both new repair work and long-term maintenance contracts.
- Local Networking: Leverage deep knowledge of Southwest Florida to generate new business opportunities, partnerships, and recurring client accounts.
- Customer Excellence & Feedback: Proactively seek client input, monitor technician performance trends, and ensure high customer satisfaction to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Maximize Profitability: Track the financial health of each work order, identify project risks early, and maintain precise margin control.
- Performance Audits: Conduct post-mortem reviews on projects that land outside margin expectations (±5-10%) to celebrate wins, address gaps, and establish repeatable best practices.
- Team & Schedule Management: Lead field technicians, optimize routes, meet time-goals, and ensure accurate material tracking.
- Estimate Ownership: Price, review, and approve all service estimates before delivering to clients.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Improve van stock organization and collaborate with the production manager to ensure timely material procurement.
Requirements
- Regional Expertise: Strong familiarity with the Southwest Florida area and a proven track record of generating new business.
- Technical Knowledge: Practical understanding of motorized shutter systems, screen systems, and general field mechanics.
- Experience: 1–2 years in a Senior Technician or Field Leadership role, with an estimating background.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management preferred; or a High School Diploma with 2+ years of technical training.
- Software Proficiency: Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with Jobber service software and ClockShark is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and proven customer issue resolution.

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $50,000 - $80,000 per year
