Job Description

The Territory Sales Manager position at FGM Fabral LLC focuses on pursuing new business, overseeing the full sales cycle, and collaborating across functions from a hybrid remote base in Lancaster, PA. The role requires significant territory travel, approximately 50-65%, to engage clients and present winning proposals.

Responsibilities

  • Hunt for new business by expanding your network, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships through cold calls, referrals, and industry events.
  • Own the sales cycle from start to finish, including lead generation, negotiations, closing, and ongoing account management.
  • Apply consultative sales techniques to meet and exceed revenue and profit targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, pricing, procurement, project managers, operations, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain organized records of sales activities in the CRM, participate in training, and attend company meetings.
  • Travel within the territory to meet clients, assess needs, and deliver compelling proposals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years of B2B sales experience, or 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in Building Materials, Metals, Construction, or Architectural Services is preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand contracts, blueprints, and construction drawings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Comfortable walking long distances and lifting items weighing 25-50 lbs as needed.

What’s in It For You
