This on-site, full-time opportunity in Midland, Texas provides a competitive annual salary range of USD 150,000 to 160,000, with a path to growth in the U.S. oil and gas market. You will expand Triol’s customer base around artificial lift technologies, engaging with clients directly at facilities and events across the country. Responsibilities

Execute the U S sales strategy in the oil production sector to meet targets and drive long term growth.
Perform market research to identify key customers, projects, and opportunities in the Permian Basin and other regions.
Develop unique selling propositions and project execution strategies.
Lead lead generation, prospecting, and cold outreach; deliver compelling presentations; convert prospects into lasting partnerships.
Represent Triol solutions at trade shows, conferences, seminars, and other industry events nationwide.
Provide technical input and tailor solutions, even when standard policies do not cover the scenario.
Oversee critical project stages from order placement through product approval and on-site implementation.
Manage orders from existing customers and assist onboarding of new accounts.
Maintain consistent business correspondence with current, new, and potential customers through all stages of development and production until delivery.
Negotiate contract terms, ensure fulfillment, and close deals successfully.
Travel to customer facilities to gain firsthand operational insights and tailor solutions for current and future needs.
Collect customer feedback on product and service requirements, address issues, and preserve strong relationships.
Stay informed about product policy updates and clearly communicate changes to customers.
Actively promote company solutions and represent the brand at exhibitions, conferences, seminars, webinars, and related events.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of the U S market with personal contacts in companies serving low voltage equipment, submersible equipment, and power electronics.
Minimum 4 years of sales or business development experience in oilfield equipment, artificial lift, or power electronics.
Proven track record negotiating with senior executives and decision-makers.
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Ability to travel internationally to Europe and Canada as needed.
Higher technical education in engineering or a related field is preferred.
Language: English, C1 or higher.
Education note: Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Experience note: 4 years in business development and 4 years in automation systems and drives are required.

Job Description

In Dexter, Michigan, LMI Technologies is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth for our robotic vision solutions within manufacturing environments. This onsite role centers on identifying fresh customers, engaging system integrators, and uncovering new application areas to expand our footprint across plants while building partnerships that support long-term expansion. The ideal candidate brings automotive manufacturing experience and a solid understanding of robotic vision systems and automation environments.

Responsibilities

Cultivate new business relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, system integrators, and other manufacturers.
Actively engage system integrators to introduce our robotic vision technology and establish strategic partnerships.
Identify new application areas, processes, industries, and plant locations where our solutions are not yet deployed.
Collaborate with customers and integrators to uncover automation challenges solvable by robotic vision.
Help define fresh market-entry opportunities based on observed customer needs and gaps in applications.
Support technical discussions, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities in coordination with internal technical teams.
Educate customers and integrators on robotic vision capabilities, use cases, and value proposition.
Provide feedback on market trends, customer requirements, and competitive activity.
Represent the company at customer sites, integrator offices, and industry events.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of business development experience within industrial machine vision, robotic vision systems, automation, industrial software, or robotics.
Experience in automotive manufacturing.
Solid understanding of robotic vision systems and automation environments.
Deep understanding of the OEM/Tier-1/Integrator relationship dynamic.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to operate independently in a field-facing role.
Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
