Responsibilities
- Execute the U S sales strategy in the oil production sector to meet targets and drive long term growth.
- Perform market research to identify key customers, projects, and opportunities in the Permian Basin and other regions.
- Develop unique selling propositions and project execution strategies.
- Lead lead generation, prospecting, and cold outreach; deliver compelling presentations; convert prospects into lasting partnerships.
- Represent Triol solutions at trade shows, conferences, seminars, and other industry events nationwide.
- Provide technical input and tailor solutions, even when standard policies do not cover the scenario.
- Oversee critical project stages from order placement through product approval and on-site implementation.
- Manage orders from existing customers and assist onboarding of new accounts.
- Maintain consistent business correspondence with current, new, and potential customers through all stages of development and production until delivery.
- Negotiate contract terms, ensure fulfillment, and close deals successfully.
- Travel to customer facilities to gain firsthand operational insights and tailor solutions for current and future needs.
- Collect customer feedback on product and service requirements, address issues, and preserve strong relationships.
- Stay informed about product policy updates and clearly communicate changes to customers.
- Actively promote company solutions and represent the brand at exhibitions, conferences, seminars, webinars, and related events.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the U S market with personal contacts in companies serving low voltage equipment, submersible equipment, and power electronics.
- Minimum 4 years of sales or business development experience in oilfield equipment, artificial lift, or power electronics.
- Proven track record negotiating with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to travel internationally to Europe and Canada as needed.
- Higher technical education in engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Language: English, C1 or higher.
- Education note: Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Experience note: 4 years in business development and 4 years in automation systems and drives are required.
