Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation (40% of time): Research target markets, identify prospects, and generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online research to seed sales opportunities.
- Relationship Building and Consultative Selling (30% of time): Build trust with prospects and customers by conducting needs analyses, understanding pain points, and tailoring solutions to objectives.
- Closing Deals and Negotiating (20% of time): Manage negotiations, address objections, and present compelling proposals to demonstrate value and secure revenue targets.
