Business Development & Corporate Partnerships Representative

Breakaway Functional Medicine is seeking a Business Development & Corporate Partnerships Representative to grow corporate healthcare partnerships and memberships across Bismarck, Mandan, and surrounding communities. This onsite role centers on building relationships, prospecting local employers, and closing partnerships that generate both upfront and recurring residual revenue.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with local business owners, executives, and HR professionals
• Introduce employers to Breakaway’s corporate healthcare membership solutions
• Prospect, network, and generate new business opportunities
• Present membership benefits and close corporate partnerships
• Generate individual and family memberships
• Attend local networking events and develop referral relationships
• Manage leads, follow up with prospects, and grow an expanding portfolio of accounts
• Work directly with Breakaway’s leadership team to expand the company’s community presence

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, insurance, employee benefits, or healthcare sales
• Comfortable prospecting, networking, and closing deals
• Confident connecting with business owners, executives, and decision-makers
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently
• Interested in building long-term relationships and recurring income

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,000 monthly base stipend
• $150 commission per new Individual membership
• $300 commission per new Family, Core, or VIP membership
• 100% upfront commission of the first month membership for corporate partnerships
• 10% recurring commission on corporate membership revenue

Earning Opportunity (Example)

• Close ONE corporate partnership with 50 enrolled employees to earn $5,000 upfront commission
• Close ONE corporate partnership with 50 enrolled employees to earn 10% recurring commission on monthly corporate membership revenue
