Business Development Executive

CB1 Collections, an affiliate of Colony Brands, Inc., is based in Montana and prioritizes a respectful, collaborative culture that values integrity and community impact. You will identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and help expand CB1’s presence in collections and payment plan services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within collections, payment plan, and related industries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Develop and execute outreach plans to meet and exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and high client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in Salesforce
• Represent CB1 Collections at industry events, conferences, and client meetings in a professional manner

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years in B2B sales
• Consultative selling approach with the ability to understand client needs and offer tailored service solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred
• High level of integrity, resilience, and self-direction
• Ability to work independently
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Training or a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is helpful
• Training is required in Billings, MT and you will be able to regularly come to that location, but there is remote-work flexibility; you must reside near Billings or another Montana metro area
