Business Development Representative

True Technologies LLC is a Longwood, FL based team focused on sourcing and purchasing IT hardware for resale. This role blends relationship building, pricing discipline, and hands-on buying responsibility, with a base salary plus a commission opportunity. What you’ll do

You will source and buy IT hardware from a range of suppliers, using market knowledge and structured tracking to protect resale margin from first inquiry through inbound coordination.

• Source and purchase IT hardware from multiple suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships across the market.
• Review inventory lists and assess specification, condition, and resale potential before making an offer.
• Negotiate purchase price, payment terms, and freight to support margin targets.
• Own the buying process end to end: sourcing, evaluation, offer, negotiation, purchase order, payment, and inbound coordination.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations on receiving and inventory handling.
• Track pipeline, purchase history, and pricing in company systems.
• Monitor market pricing and develop new supply sources over time.

What you bring

• IT market experience with buying, selling, or close work with IT hardware in a commercial environment.
• General working knowledge of IT equipment and what drives value.
• Comfort reviewing inventory lists and estimating what items are worth.
• Strong negotiation skills and a buyer’s instinct for getting a good deal.
• CRM and spreadsheet proficiency to track pipeline and pricing.
• A self-starter mindset with coachability and willingness to learn the business.
• Procurement experience: 2 years (required).
• Location requirement: Longwood, FL 32750 (required).
• Work location: in person.

Preferred education

• Associate degree (preferred)

Compensation & location

• Base Pay + Commission Opportunity
• Pay: $35,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
• Location: Longwood, Florida (onsite, in person)
