Project/Sales Manager (MUST HAVE CONSTRUCTION OR STRUCTURAL STEEL EXPERIENCE)

Outside sales professional with construction or structural steel experience sought in Beebe, AR, offering hybrid remote work, a salary range of $60,000 to $100,000 with commission potential, and up to 75% travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and networking within assigned territories to expand market presence.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long term retention.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and promptly address client inquiries.
• Present product offerings and tailored solutions during in person meetings or virtual presentations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while aiming to meet or exceed targets.
• Provide exemplary customer service by addressing client concerns quickly and professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical sales or outside sales with a solid understanding of business development principles.
• Familiarity with account management practices and territory sales strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse clients.
• Strong customer service orientation and commitment to delivering high quality solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Inside sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Sales experience: 2 years required; Structural steel experience: 2 years required.
