Regional Sales Manager - OTR (Off-The-Road Tires)

BKT USA INC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial growth for its Off-The-Road (OTR) tire portfolio across an assigned territory in the United States. This remote role centers on building distribution reach, strengthening relationships with key customers, and using technical and market insights to support long-term business expansion.

Reporting through a territory-based approach, the Regional Sales Manager will work closely with dealers, distributors, OEMs, and end users serving construction, mining, industrial, port, and material handling markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market expansion for BKT’s Off-The-Road (OTR) tire product portfolio throughout an assigned U.S. territory.
• Develop and expand dealer and distributor networks.
• Grow existing customer business within the territory.
• Provide technical support to customers and partners.
• Act as a key resource for product performance, training, and marketing intelligence.
• Build long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, OEMs, and end users across relevant end markets.

Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in the OTR, Industrial, Construction, Mining, Material Handling, Port, or Tire Industry.
• Strong knowledge of OTR tire applications, products, and customer requirements.
• MSHA Certification preferred.
• Excellent relationship-building, customer service, and consultative selling skills.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
• Valid Driver’s License and authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.
