Job Description
Camping World is seeking a Sales Development Manager in Reno, NV to oversee sales activity, coaching, and collaboration to drive growth, traffic, and customer relationships across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Oversee sales activity from online leads, inbound calls, and unsold traffic to boost dealership traffic and convert opportunities into sales.
- Maximize sales and profitability of the Business Development Center.
- Use the CRM to track metrics including appointments, calls, sales, and contacts.
- Provide ongoing coaching to Sales Development Representatives to develop skills and maintain a positive, productive team environment.
- Lead by example in appointment setting and meet or exceed shown and sold appointment metrics.
- Support staff and customers by handling escalated engagements.
- Collaborate with management to educate Sales Associates on Business Development principles.
- Drive customer traffic through website management, including photo uploads and adding options and attributes.
- Monitor ongoing marketing campaigns and leverage them to increase dealership traffic.
- Recruit, hire, and manage the performance of all department employees.
- Maintain online reputation by actively managing review sites and social media channels.
- Analyze departmental metrics to drive continuous improvement in performance.
- VinSolutions experience is a strong plus.
Compensation
- USD 60,000 - 90,000 per year
Requirements
- CRM experience preferred.
- High school diploma or the equivalent.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- At least one year of Internet sales experience is a plus.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license required.
