Job Description

This hybrid sales role in Indianapolis offers a clear path in healthcare technology with a competitive compensation package and robust benefits. The Sales Development Representative focuses on inbound lead management, reactivating dormant prospects, and targeted outbound outreach to grow the sales pipeline. You will report to the Sales Development Manager and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams.

Compensation and Location

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Location: Hybrid remote in Indianapolis, IN 46226. Ability to commute is required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial touchpoint for inbound inquiries, quickly engaging prospects to present Prevounce’s solutions and assess fit.
  • Revisit and nurture dormant leads in the CRM to uncover new opportunities for the sales team.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs, patient populations, and remote care challenges to determine fit.
  • Execute targeted outbound outreach, including cold calls and personalized email campaigns, to supplement inbound volume.
  • Coordinate and book qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Maintain thorough records of prospect interactions in HubSpot or a comparable CRM to keep the pipeline accurate.
  • Monitor CMS regulations, medical billing codes (RPM, CCM, and related codes), and industry trends to serve as a knowledgeable resource for prospects.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to provide feedback on lead quality and help refine marketing messaging.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles; healthcare technology experience is a plus.
  • Proficient with computers and common software tools.
  • Demonstrated sales skills and a track record of effectiveness.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
