Job Description

The Sales Development Representative role at Noble Key Supply is an outbound-focused position based in San Diego, aimed at initiating conversations and raising awareness among prospective locksmith customers. The core objective is to generate interest and build relationships, with an emphasis on guidance and education rather than high-pressure selling.

Responsibilities

  • Make 100-plus outbound calls daily to potential buyers.
  • Present Noble Key Supply and articulate its value as a locksmith-focused supplier.
  • Assess client needs and gauge interest in our products.
  • Develop and nurture a growing pipeline of new prospects.
  • Record call outcomes and notes accurately in the CRM or tracking tools.
  • Schedule follow-ups or transfer qualified prospects to the appropriate team member.
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and informative tone in all communications.

Requirements

  • Clear verbal communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.
  • Self-motivated with a consistent approach to daily activity targets.
  • Resilient in handling rejection and maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Foundational understanding of sales processes or willingness to learn.

Compensation

Salary: USD 65,000 - 75,000 per year. Compensation structure: uncapped commissions.
