Job Description

NewVision Security offers a leadership role in the Midwest that combines strategic influence with hands-on team development. As a Sales Manager onsite in Rapid City, SD, you will lead commercial and residential sales teams to expand project revenue, service agreements, and recurring monthly revenue. You will partner with ownership and senior leadership to shape strategy, fuel growth, and nurture the next generation of leaders. Salary and Location

Salary: USD 100,000 - 200,000 per year. Location: Rapid City, SD, onsite.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and develop regional sales teams through coaching and mentorship
  • Drive performance using KPIs, forecasting, and regular pipeline reviews
  • Cultivate a culture of accountability, urgency, and disciplined execution
  • Oversee hiring, development, and performance management
  • Grow revenue from projects, services, and recurring streams
  • Expand existing customer relationships and win new business
  • Develop vertical market and service sales strategies
  • Improve service agreements and RMR attachment rates
  • Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance
  • Standardize sales processes, pricing, and CRM discipline
  • Enhance forecasting accuracy and sales efficiency
  • Participate in leadership planning and strategic initiatives
  • Recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales professionals
  • Mentor emerging leaders and future managers across the organization
  • Build a culture rooted in accountability and continuous improvement aligned with the NewVision Blueprint
  • Support career growth and leadership development across all regions
  • Set clear expectations, development plans, and succession paths for top performers

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Proven track record of leading multi-region sales teams
  • Experience selling project-based solutions, service agreements, and recurring revenue
  • Strong coaching, forecasting, and team development skills
  • Ability to travel between offices (Headquarters in Bismarck, ND, Dickinson, ND, Fargo, ND, and Rapid City, SD)
