Sales Manager

TKO StaffPros LLC is hiring a Sales Manager in Olive Branch, MS (onsite) to drive marketing and sales of temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct placement services. In this role, you will help grow the business through new client acquisition, strong account management, and contract negotiation, while working closely with recruiting teams to support service levels.

What you’ll do

• Seek and follow leads to acquire new business, with a focus on building relationships with hiring decision makers
• Design and deliver presentations that highlight temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct placement services
• Negotiate contract terms and successfully close sales
• Work toward exceeding predetermined goals
• Maintain contracts with existing clients to generate organic business and secure ongoing orders
• Service existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
• Follow up with recruiters to help ensure open orders are filled
• Adjust the content of sales presentations as needed for different audiences
• Utilize a CRM to log activity and document client and prospect information
• Monitor competition by gathering marketplace information on unemployment, pay rates, and potential clients
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
• May work alongside recruiters to ensure service levels are met

What you bring

• At least 5 years of sales experience (or a college degree)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent customer service system experience
• Resourceful approach to problem-solving
• Strong team player mindset
• Basic computer proficiency, including CRM usage
• Ability to manage multiple priorities through effective time management
• Must be able to travel throughout Olive Branch and surrounding areas
