Sales Representative - Outbound / Business Development

JOY Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative for outbound business development in a hybrid role based in Tacoma, Washington. This full-cycle position centers on dialing, follow-up, and closing new business, with ownership of the pipeline and an opportunity for leadership growth within JOY Inc.

Responsibilities

• Leverage a CRM on a daily basis to manage opportunities
• Execute outbound calling campaigns and proactive outreach
• Perform inbound follow-up to advance prospects
• Maintain clean and accurate pipeline data
• Move cold leads through a defined sales process toward close
• Meet activity targets for calls, contacts, and meetings booked
• Provide clear reporting on conversion rates and pipeline status
• Build relationships that generate referrals, repeat business, and community trust
• Contribute to designing scalable sales systems after validation of processes
• Represent JOY's brand consistently at every touchpoint with integrity
• Grow into a leadership role in Sales, Marketing, or Media

Requirements

• Comfortable on the phone with confidence converting conversations
• Track record of measuring and celebrating personal metrics
• Self-starter who does not rely on external structure
• Motivated by growth, accountability, and results rather than titles
