Senior Sales Manager and Director of Sales

Panetiere Sales and Marketing Advisors is seeking an independent contractor Senior Sales Manager and/or Director of Sales to support 4 and 5 star resort properties in a travel-heavy role based in Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities

• Operate as your own Sales Manager, including on-property sales leadership for resort properties
• Take responsibility for your own taxes and health care
• Perform Director-level duties when required, with opportunity to build skills for Director roles
• Travel frequently for short to long-term projects

Requirements

• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
• Minimum 3 years of experience at 4 and 5 star properties (proven talent is key)
• At least 2 years of active Delphi.fdc
• Skilled with Excel, comfortable using formulae
• Eager to travel across the country on projects lasting 3 months to 1 year (typically 2 weeks on property followed by flying home); travel is a deal breaker
• Ability to work as an independent contractor (1099 project payments)

Pay & Contract Details

• Contract location: Los Angeles, CA (onsite)
• Job type: contract
• Fees: $1,800 to $2,000 per week, project 1099 payment
• DOS usually: $2,100 to $2,300
• Fees are remitted every two weeks
