Job Description

This on-site opportunity in Miami Beach places you at the heart of a renowned luxury brand. As Travel Industry Sales Manager, you will drive leisure-market growth for Four Seasons, building awareness and generating revenue through direct and digital outreach, in-person engagements, and strategic partnerships. The role requires a proven background in luxury hotel sales and at least a four-year college degree.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage clients within the designated market who will drive revenue for the property.
  • Negotiate, draft, and finalize contracts to ensure alignment with the hotel’s budget and revenue targets.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and direct sales goals by executing a territory development plan that includes outside calls, prospecting, site inspections, and appropriate entertainment.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of the resort offerings, including food & beverage, spa, and recreation, and possess a deep understanding of competitive set features, advantages, and benefits.
  • Build and sustain robust Golden Sales & Catering hygiene, including account creation, account tracing, contact lists, client emails, and bookings in line with Four Seasons standards.
  • Develop and implement quarterly and annual action plans.

Requirements

  • Experience in luxury hotel sales is preferred, with a minimum of three years.
  • A proven sales track record is a plus.
  • A four-year college degree or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills; additional languages are a plus.

About the Role

Promote and sell to the assigned leisure market within a defined geographic region. Generate resort awareness through direct sales and digital solicitation, along with direct in-person sales calls, tradeshows, and networking. Collaborate closely with the sales and commercial teams to solicit, sell, and confirm business required to meet budgeted sales goals.
