Job Description
EIntegro Power Solutions, Inc is building practical Edge AI deployments for real-world environments, and this role helps accelerate market expansion through consultative, ROI-driven partnerships. If you enjoy pairing commercial discovery with technical translation, you will help drive qualified opportunities for EINTEGRO’s Edge AI platform across commercial real estate, campuses, and decentralized IT environments.
Location: Santa Clara, CA (onsite)
Compensation: USD 100,000 - 150,000 per year (open for discussion based on experience)
What you’ll be responsible for
- Use your existing network to activate relationships with Commercial Building IT Directors, Property Managers, and Facility Executives to generate pipeline, run pilots, and close qualified sales opportunities.
- Grow B2B pipeline by identifying and securing strategic partnerships across target sectors, including commercial real estate IT departments, property management firms, flexible workspace operators, and higher education institutions.
- Lead consultative, solution-driven selling by translating Edge AI, hardware, and software architectures into clear business ROI for IT and property stakeholders.
- Coordinate site evaluation and discovery, working with clients to assess on-site IT and telecom infrastructure such as server rooms, IDF/MDF setups, fiber/ethernet layouts, bandwidth, and power availability to support Edge AI deployment.
- Own deal progression end to end, from initial outreach and RFP responses through contract negotiation, SLA definition, and closing.
- Partner with the Solutions and Product team to tailor deployments to building-specific network and IT constraints.
- Turn market feedback into product insights by relaying customer pain points, competitive dynamics, and market intelligence to support future Edge AI product roadmaps.
What you bring
- 5+ years of proven B2B sales, Business Development, or Technical Account Management experience in Edge Computing, Telecom, Enterprise IT Infrastructure, or Smart Buildings.
- Demonstrated success selling into or partnering with commercial building IT, facilities, and operations teams, and co-working space providers (example: WeWork), or university IT departments.
- Strong foundational knowledge of telecommunication networks (LAN/WAN, Ethernet, Fiber, 5G), on-premise server environments, edge gateways, IT cabinet setups, and basic power/cooling requirements.
- Understanding of Edge AI inference concepts and IoT sensor integration.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both senior executives and technical gatekeepers.
- Comfort operating in fast-paced or ambiguous environments, leading territory strategy independently and managing multi-stakeholder deals.

Preferred qualifications
- Active direct contacts with major property developers, commercial landlords, or higher education IT procurement teams.
- Prior experience at a Telecom Carrier, Network Infrastructure Provider, or Edge Hardware OEM.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
- Work authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
