Job Description
A bilingual Spanish speaking Business Development Representative based in Waukegan, IL, responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and educating clients on insurance coverage to support agency growth.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, and community outreach
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with both prospective and current clients
- Explain insurance products to clients and recommend suitable coverage options
- Maintain consistent lead follow-up to close sales and achieve targets
- Support the agency in pursuing growth objectives
Requirements
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
- Open to pursuing an Illinois Property and Casualty license (required)
