Job Description

BellPro Architectural is seeking a proactive front-line Business Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting, qualify opportunities, and help expand the firm’s market reach in the architecture, glazing, and construction sectors. This onsite role in Rogers, MN collaborates closely with the Lead Estimator and Business Development Lead to funnel qualified opportunities into the pipeline, leveraging HubSpot, LinkedIn, and targeted social content to tell BellPro’s story.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target customers across BellPro’s served markets, including general contractors, glazing contractors, curtain wall contractors, elevator companies, and architectural firms.
  • Execute daily outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to present BellPro’s capabilities and spark interest.
  • Develop and maintain a prospecting target list using HubSpot.
  • Qualify leads by confirming project scope, timeline, decision-makers, and level of interest before handing off to the estimating team.
  • Document all outreach activity, lead status, contact notes, and follow-up dates in HubSpot with same-day entry.
  • Coordinate warm, professional handoffs to the Lead Estimator & Business Development Lead once a lead is qualified and engaged.
  • Capture and submit project photos, customer highlights, and field content to support BellPro’s social media, especially LinkedIn.
  • Contribute ideas and content for newsletters, case studies, and project features that showcase BellPro’s expertise.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to provide intelligence that informs outreach strategy and messaging.
  • Support leadership in executing the marketing calendar with consistent weekly social content and measurable monthly outcomes.
  • Suggest website updates, collateral improvements, and digital presence enhancements based on market observations.
  • Provide a weekly activity report to the Business Development Lead each Monday by 9:00 AM, detailing contacts made, responses received, and leads advanced.
  • Maintain an active, organized pipeline at all stages in HubSpot.
  • Participate in Level 10 and team meetings, contributing pipeline updates and market feedback.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B outbound sales, business development, or inside sales
  • HubSpot CRM proficiency strongly preferred
  • Experience with LinkedIn and social media content
  • QuickBase familiarity helpful
  • Understanding of the commercial construction sales cycle
  • Industry experience in glass & glazing, metals, or elevators is a plus
  • Persistent and resilient — cold outreach is central to the role
  • Self-starter with strong follow-through and accountability
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Confident on the phone and professional in writing
  • Coachable and collaborative team player

Compensation

Salary: USD 60,000 - 70,000 per year

Location: Rogers, MN (onsite)
