Job Description
Entry-level Business Development Representative (BDR) at Pepe Auto Group in Elmsford, NY, focused on engaging customers to schedule service appointments, educate on maintenance, and support service operations with potential to advance to Service Advisor.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and text to schedule service appointments.
- Educate customers on routine maintenance, repairs, and dealership service offerings.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Work closely with the Service Advisors and Technicians to coordinate scheduling and customer updates.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Assist in service promotions and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or call centers is a plus but not required.
