Business Travel Sales Manager
Job Description
This role centers on generating and converting new group business, cultivating long-term client relationships, and guiding the end-to-end sales process for Hilton hotels. Based onsite in Santa Clara, California, the position also coordinates bookings and mentors the sales team to achieve revenue goals.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new group opportunities through proactive outreach, targeted research, and database mining to drive group sales and surpass lead-generation targets.
- Serve as the primary contact for designated market segments, nurturing existing accounts and developing new relationships to boost room revenue and overall profitability.
- Develop targeted sales strategies by analyzing hotel performance and market trends to craft business plans and marketing initiatives that generate demand and meet sales goals.
- Lead the full sales cycle from proposal preparation through site visits, terms negotiation, and contract finalization tailored to client needs while maximizing revenue.
- Coordinate booking details including room requirements, catering, and meeting space, ensuring accurate entry of account and reservation information into the hotel's sales management system.
- Provide leadership and development support to the sales team, monitoring performance, delivering coaching, and fostering a positive, productive work environment.
