Consumable Sales & Business Development Representative (1099)

This is an independent 1099 Sales and Business Development role for Promoitalia USA, covering Florida and Puerto Rico with a remote base in Miami, FL. The incumbent identifies growth opportunities, builds enduring client relationships, and drives sales of consumables and aesthetic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the assigned territory.
• Identify and pursue new accounts and opportunities within the territory.
• Nurture and expand relationships with plastic surgeons, dermatologists, med spas, facial plastic surgeons, wellness clinics, and other aesthetic providers.
• Deliver product presentations, clinical demonstrations, and in-office trainings.
• Partner with clinical educators and leadership to ensure successful product adoption.
• Represent Promoitalia USA at industry conferences, educational events, and trade shows.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• At least three years of demonstrated sales success in medical aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or related healthcare markets.
• Established connections with aesthetic providers and key decision-makers.
• Proven ability to generate new business and manage long-term client relationships.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
