Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with local, regional, and national Operations teams to win new business.
- Identify new opportunities, market segments, and growth areas within the education sector across the assigned region.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and formal executive presentations.
- Understand and interpret school funding structures, budgeting processes, and recruitment.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned to the education sector.
- Deliver persuasive presentations to educational executives, board members, district administrators, and stakeholders.
- Attend educational conferences and events to network and stay informed on industry developments.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Travel across multiple states as required by the role.
- Meet or exceed the annual new sales quota.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, marketing, sales, or a related field.
- Five or more years of individual contributor sales experience with solid knowledge of education administration practices, special education/related services, and K-12 procurement practices.
- Proficiency with sales methodologies, CRM systems, and sales analytics.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent business software.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and the ability to develop innovative sales strategies.
- Knowledge of existing points of contact in the designated region is a plus.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Responsibilities may involve a mix of sitting, standing, and walking, with regular use of hands and arms. Close vision is required for computer work. The role is typically conducted in a moderate-noise environment, such as an office or school setting with light activity.
