Director of New Business Development
Job Description
Diversified Adjustment Service, Inc is seeking a Director of New Business Development to lead the pursuit of new clients and drive revenue growth across key industries. This hybrid/remote role based in Minneapolis, MN will build and steer a high performing business development team to expand the company’s national presence.
Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across key industries
- Build and manage a strong pipeline from prospecting through close
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals
- Write, manage, and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and proposals
- Build and scale a high-performing business development team over time
- Travel as needed and represent the company at industry conferences and events
- Partner with leadership on market strategy and positioning
Requirements
- 5+ years in a director-level (or similar) business development role
- Proven success closing high-value B2B deals
- Experience developing and responding to RFPs and complex proposals
- Strong background in collections, financial services, or revenue cycle management preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- CRM experience (HubSpot a plus)

Pay
$90,000 - $140,000 per year
