Job Description

Diversified Adjustment Service, Inc is seeking a Director of New Business Development to lead the pursuit of new clients and drive revenue growth across key industries. This hybrid/remote role based in Minneapolis, MN will build and steer a high performing business development team to expand the company’s national presence.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across key industries
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline from prospecting through close
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals
  • Write, manage, and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and proposals
  • Build and scale a high-performing business development team over time
  • Travel as needed and represent the company at industry conferences and events
  • Partner with leadership on market strategy and positioning

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a director-level (or similar) business development role
  • Proven success closing high-value B2B deals
  • Experience developing and responding to RFPs and complex proposals
  • Strong background in collections, financial services, or revenue cycle management preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
  • CRM experience (HubSpot a plus)

Pay

$90,000 - $140,000 per year
