This onsite, Dallas, TX based role supports franchise owners and sales teams across the nationwide network, delivering revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and sales excellence. You will partner with franchisees in the field to implement the Speedy Freight sales methodology and drive measurable impact across the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business by prospecting through cold calls, targeted outreach, door-to-door activity, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and discovery meetings.
  • Work in the field with franchise owners and sales reps, conducting joint prospecting to reinforce Speedy Freight's sales approach.
  • Lead by example through active customer outreach and new business development within franchise territories.
  • Help franchisees meet territory sales targets, revenue goals, and new account objectives.
  • Create and execute territory sales plans and account growth strategies.
  • Identify qualified leads and help convert opportunities into lasting customers.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to franchise owners and sales reps on effective B2B sales and business development.
  • Deliver field-based coaching so franchisees can observe and adopt best-practice sales behaviors.
  • Lead the sales training for all new franchisees as part of onboarding and induction programs.
  • Ensure consistent adoption of the Speedy Freight sales methodology across all territories.
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews, sales plan reviews, and performance coaching.
  • Monitor pipeline health, deal progression, and sales forecasting across territories.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting through HubSpot or equivalent platforms.
  • Track KPIs, conversion rates, prospecting activity, and customer acquisition metrics.
  • Produce weekly and monthly sales performance reports for senior leadership.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with franchise owners and their sales teams.
  • Support new franchisees through onboarding, training, and territory development activities.
  • Share sales best practices and success stories across the franchise network.
  • Collaborate with franchise business coaches and leadership to maximize territory performance and profitability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in one or more of the following sectors: 3PL, Freight Brokerage, Transportation Services, Supply Chain Solutions, Logistics Sales, or Business Development.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, new business development, and achieving quotas, revenue targets, and account growth.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
  • Core skills: Prospecting, Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Territory Management, Sales Coaching & Training, Pipeline Management, Consultative Selling, Account Management, Relationship Building, Negotiation, Sales Forecasting, KPI Analysis, Customer Acquisition, and Business Development Strategy.
  • Industry knowledge in Logistics and Transportation.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to undertake extensive nationwide travel.
  • Comfort with spending approximately 75% of working time traveling and supporting franchisees in the field.
