General Sales Manager
Job Description
A single sentence context: HOTWORX CDA is seeking a General Sales Manager to lead studio sales, coach the team, and oversee daily operations to grow memberships at a 24 hour infrared fitness studio.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass membership sales targets.
- Consistently arrive on time and execute all duties with enthusiasm within a 40 hour work week.
- Deliver superior member service by fostering a positive, motivating environment.
- Coach and develop sales staff while meeting personal sales goals to lead by example.
- Meet with the owner to report on sales trends and prospecting efforts daily.
- Oversee staff scheduling, payroll processing, and studio maintenance and related operations.
- Leverage social media and other marketing channels to engage members, reach the community, and grow brand awareness daily.
- Utilize CRM software for customer relations, POS systems for sales, billing and collections, and run email and text campaigns.
- Complete required training online and in person to ensure access to tools for success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Two years of experience in a health club or fitness environment.
- Two years of supervisory experience.
- Three years of sales experience.
- Dynamic, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Must live within a 20 minute drive to the studio or be willing to relocate at the candidate’s own expense.
- Valid driver’s license.
