Job Description

WB Design Group is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive sales growth, build strategic relationships, and lead the outside sales team. This role is based in San Marino, CA and reports directly to the Founder, with a focus on relationship selling, coaching, and scalable sales systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with Realtors, brokerages, builders, developers, and investors.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Exceed monthly and annual sales goals consistently.
  • Develop long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Represent WB Design Group at networking events, broker opens, industry functions, and community events.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with luxury real estate professionals throughout Southern California.
  • Manage and grow relationships with top-producing agents and strategic accounts.
  • Conduct client presentations, consultations, and proposal meetings.
  • Understand each client’s business and recommend staging solutions that maximize listing value.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients throughout the sales process.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience from initial inquiry through project completion.
  • Lead and coach the outside sales team, including mentoring on prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
  • Establish sales goals, KPIs, and accountability; conduct weekly pipeline reviews and sales meetings.
  • Monitor CRM activities and ensure accurate pipeline management.
  • Develop sales processes, scripts, and best practices.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies for new markets and improve sales conversion rates.
  • Analyze sales performance, provide market intelligence, and recommend new sales initiatives based on market trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Work with design, operations, logistics, and installation teams to support seamless project execution, including participation in kickoff meetings for large staging projects.
  • Help resolve client concerns while balancing customer satisfaction with company profitability.
  • Consistently grow monthly revenue, increase repeat business, expand the Realtor and brokerage network, and deliver accurate sales forecasts to leadership.
  • Develop a high-performing sales culture and support ongoing process improvements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • 3+ years managing a sales team.
  • Experience preferred in luxury real estate, home staging, interior design, furniture, hospitality, architecture, construction, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout Southern California.
