Janitorial Sales Manager - Hotels & Commercial

Hospitality Services is seeking an experienced sales professional to expand its janitorial and housekeeping business across the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) market. The role is primarily focused on hotels, with additional selling opportunities across commercial properties and multifamily communities.

Role Focus

This position supports business growth in the DFW region by identifying prospects, engaging decision-makers, and converting qualified opportunities into signed accounts. You will work across janitorial and housekeeping needs, including staffing and service quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new sales opportunities throughout the DFW market
• Build and maintain relationships with hotel, commercial, and multifamily decision-makers
• Prospect using in-person visits, networking, referrals, phone, and email
• Meet with prospective clients to understand janitorial, housekeeping, and staffing needs
• Conduct property walkthroughs and help shape service solutions based on site requirements
• Partner with the internal team to support pricing and proposal development
• Present proposals, negotiate agreements, and close new accounts
• Maintain consistent follow-up and manage an active sales pipeline
• Strengthen professional connections across DFW hospitality, commercial real estate, and property management industries
• Coordinate with operations during account transitions

Required Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales or business development experience
• Strong understanding of janitorial and cleaning operations
• Knowledge of hotel housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, staffing, public areas, overnight cleaning, and quality standards
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Comfortable with outside sales and meeting decision-makers in person
• Organized, self-driven, and disciplined with follow-up and CRM management
• Willing to travel throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market

Preferred Background

• Experience in janitorial, housekeeping, facilities services, staffing, hospitality, or a related service industry
• Experience selling to hotels, commercial properties, multifamily communities, or property management companies
• Existing industry relationships in DFW
