Job Description
Market Manager to drive janitorial business development and client relationships across Colorado for FBG Service Corporation, on-site in Castle Rock, CO.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new janitorial and facility service clients through targeted prospecting and networking
- Build and nurture relationships with facility managers, property managers, and key decision-makers
- Create and manage an active sales pipeline
- Identify opportunities for recurring janitorial contracts and service expansions
- Participate in RFPs, competitive bids, and customer presentations
- Coordinate with operations during onboarding and rollout of new accounts
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the account lifecycle
- Conduct periodic on-site visits and business reviews with clients
- Identify cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Support retention and long-term growth of accounts
- Address client concerns and coordinate solutions with operations teams
- Represent FBG at networking events, industry groups, and community events
- Build relationships across the Colorado business community
- Enhance FBG's market visibility and reputation
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity
Requirements
- Sales experience: 3+ years (Required)
- Operations experience: 3+ years (Required)
- Valid driver’s license required
Experience
- Business development or sales: 3 years (Required)
- Account management or client relations: 2 years (Preferred)
- Janitorial or commercial cleaning industry: 2 years (Preferred)
- Facility services: 2 years (Preferred)
- RFP/bidding experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Commercial cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)
- Property management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Cleaning: 2 years (Preferred)
- Operations: 3 years (Required)

Compensation
- Salary range: USD 64,916.27 – 78,178.74 per year
- Base Salary range: USD 70,000 – 80,000
- Uncapped commission program
Location and travel
- On-site role based in Castle Rock, CO
- On the road as part of duties
- Ability to commute within Colorado; preferred to be in or near Colorado Springs, Denver, or Castle Rock
