Job Description
The Part-time Business Development Community Ambassador role at Home Instead is an onsite, part-time position based in Cincinnati, OH. The role concentrates on referral generation and relationship-building to promote in-home senior care services across the Greater Cincinnati area, with a pay range of $20 to $22 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute regular itineraries on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to generate leads and increase referrals for in-home senior care services.
- Increase awareness among physicians, hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, senior living communities, social workers, and other referral providers.
- Engage in community outreach, represent the company at local events, and schedule in-services and other meetings to promote Home Instead and its services.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities within the senior care and broader healthcare market.
- Establish trust with potential referral partners through consistent communication and education about our home care services.
- Track marketing activities, referrals, and conversions using CRM tools.
- Maintain awareness of local healthcare trends, competitor activities, and community needs to inform outreach strategy.
Requirements
- Strong relationship-building and communication capabilities.
- Self-starter capable of working independently in the field.
- Comfortable with community outreach, public speaking, and networking.
- Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and access to a personal vehicle.
- CRM experience is preferred; working knowledge of Microsoft 365 is required.
- Passion for community outreach and education to improve access to quality in-home care.
