Job Description

A regional sales leadership role at SpyCloud in San Francisco, CA (remote) focused on selling SaaS based cybersecurity solutions to enterprise accounts in the Bay Area, driving quota attainment and regional pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

  • Attain annual sales quota and quarterly targets.
  • Deliver regional bookings goals through prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing enterprise accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex, multi stakeholder, high value enterprise solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver best in class customer experiences.
  • Manage prospective customer relationships through all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with potential enterprise customers in the Bay Area.
  • Develop and implement regional pipeline growth strategies.
  • Leverage internal and external resources to grow the regional pipeline to 4x bookings goals or more.
  • Gather account intelligence to populate account plans for Top 25 / Top 100 Focused Account List.
  • Work with Focus Partners to cultivate prospect and customer accounts.
  • Collaborate on field events and customer meetings.
  • Build relationships with regional and national partners.
  • Track customer information and maintain forecast and pipeline accuracy through CRM and forecasting platforms.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates to the CRM system.
  • Ensure regional bookings are clean and complete to meet Quote to Cash requirements.
  • Manage the end to end sales process, ensuring smooth transitions from quote to cash.
  • Report customer feedback and competitive analysis to appropriate company personnel.
  • Assist in product development by providing valuable market insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5+ years of proven success selling SaaS based solutions to a diverse enterprise customer base.
  • Strong understanding of CyberSecurity, Cloud & SaaS solutions and/or security infrastructure products.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or other enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce.com or HubSpot (preferred), Outreach, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, ChatGPT / other AI tools.
  • Excellent, positive communication skills and relationship building.
  • History of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
  • Ability to succeed in a collaborative environment and operate as a team player.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and travel on short notice.

Compensation

  • Base salary range: $127,000 – $165,000
  • On Target Earnings (OTE): $254,000 – $330,000
