Job Description

The Regional Sales Director will lead and grow the Austin market for Status roofing llc in a commission-based role based onsite in Austin, TX. This position centers on door-to-door and B2B sales, recruiting and developing a high-performing team, and shaping the company culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow sales efforts throughout the Austin market.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
  • Drive new business through door-to-door sales, B2B outreach, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and referral sources.
  • Support team success by setting goals, tracking performance, and providing coaching.
  • Manage sales operations using CRM systems such as JobNimbus.
  • Use tools such as SalesRabbit and HailTrace to support lead generation and sales activity.
  • Help strengthen and expand our company culture through effective leadership.
  • Work closely with leadership to support growth and market expansion.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, with roofing sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Door-to-door sales experience required.
  • B2B sales experience required.
  • Networking and relationship-building experience required.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
  • Experience managing CRM platforms, especially JobNimbus.
  • Familiarity with SalesRabbit, HailTrace, and similar sales tools.
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of roofing products, sales processes, and market trends.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Austin area as needed.
